xkoto, Inc., the database virtualization company, today announced that Emerald Software GmbH and MakeIT Consulting will distribute and deliver consulting services for GRIDSCALE in central Europe. The two companies, based in Germany, will significantly increase xkoto’s reach in Europe.

Xkoto, Inc, provider of powerful database virtualisation software, has been acquired by Teradata (NYSE: TDC) in May 2010. No financial terms or further details were disclosed. The Business Partnership has been terminated.
